I've both worked there and have been a client of theirs. They truly do not care at all about their clients, it's all about statistics and not quality.

i like your review -- 2 heads for 1. yes, that seems to be th trend in trch compnaies for a long time -- 2 Indian heads for 1 Us head -- but who whould have to bail them out when they truf f up - US tax payers or Indian tax payers? of course us.
