I worked for Hollander for two years and got laid off in March of 2008, it was an awesome job, I wish I could have it back. Hollander was a spinoff from ADP. They seem to be laying off more now.
I wonder if there is some kond of restructuring going on now. Some of the people that got laid off , I thought would never be laid of from them.

Another round just hit... It seemed to be a coordinated event such as the last round. I would agree with some comments that the office culture has been difficult but that has to do with the economy and people being fearful. Being fearful makes others unpleasant to work with and they just cannot help but to make others miserable. ADP has it's great points and challenging points as does other companies. How each lay off has been handled has been insulting especially for those of us that has been with the company for many many years. Advising people over the phone on a conference call is in personal and dispassionate. I feel that if you have the position to complete a face-to-face conversation then the effort should have been made no matter what "coordination" of communication they were trying to achieve. ADP needs to provide more floor communication and provide better support/tips to other managers in handling what to do when he/she may know of a pending lay off. Instead, you are treated like the walking dead and it is not hard to catch on that the next one is you. Even though the end was handled with little to no respect or thanks for service- there are still great people at ADP and I wish them well. Good Luck
