Their quality system is lacking. Any place that gets bats, snakes, spiders and mice on a regular basis in a clean room needs to have their factory and quality re-evaluated.

Work/Life Balance is non-existent seeing as they make employees work over shutdown and on holiday weekends and threaten actions against them if they don't show up.
