They don't pay you well. There are a lot of employees who have been with the company for a long time but do not make competitive salaries. Management communication of the important things is pretty weak. When layoffs started, nobody knew what was happening. I myself was shocked when I was told I was no more needed. Hence everybody there now is fearful of his job lose.

Working for this company can be quite frustrating; you may often feel you are the only person doing your job. A lot of people have left the company or are planning to leave. The company is heavily made up of baby boomers, and these baby boomers need to be dispelled instead of young ones who can really contribute to the success of company.
