This has to be the worst company I have ever worked for. The pay is good, not as great as it was a few years ago. The only way you can support a family on the wages is from the mandatory overtime. You give up your life working here. The management staff treats the production team like concentration camp workers. Everyday new RULE and regulations. The safety record id a BIG joke... then again, everything at this place is a joke. Feels as if I sold my soul to the devil. I am not alone when I say.... I hate this place.

Currently - market conditions are making it very stressful to work here plus Deere is losing ground. Like all other companies in the market, it is also compelled to reduce its staff to cover up expenses. The current time is coming heavy on US workers as the economy threatens US market. I don't know how long I am here to work.
