I bought a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado Duramax brand new. It has 70,000 miles and is almost new. Five out eight injectors have failed. GM knows their injectors are defective and extended the warranty for "seven years or 200,000 miles." Because my truck is eight years old they won't cover it. Age did not cause the manufacturing defect. Their lousy manufactruing did. Worsre yet, they told me on the phone that even thought it was "outsid of the parameters" if it was a manufacturing defect, they would cover it. They then told me to take it to a dealer, which I did. Then, almost a week later, they said they could not cover it because of the age. Is it any wonder GM went bankrupt. I have owned Ford trucks in the past. This was my first GM truck and my last.

Have an old card with GM. Never been late and the balance was to paid in full at 7.99 fixed. Received notice today that the amount was raised to 16.9 when i called they said they could see no reason that it was raised and it would be changed back in a couple of months. When asked why it could not be done sooner they said thats the way it is

Bye, bye GM -- blue collor workers are better off than us white color .. at least some one is looking out for them
