Like working at Google but starting to get concerned if the options will ever pay out. Have we as a compnay become too arrogant and so launch products that are not the best? Are we really going to end up a one trick pony as those stupid Redond guys keep saying? What do you thinlk?

Hey, this isnt good. I am now seriously under water again. yes, Mgmt did something good and re-priced our options earlier but now I am underwater again. I dont even get why this has hapened. Inside the compnay, it still feels like we rule the world - but are investors losing confidence. I like working here but pay is tight and I want my options to work!

This company is very cliqueish. If you put your head down and work and don't gossip and put down your colleagues, you'll end up getting shown the door because of your incompetence. Very consensus driven. Also the more you do, the more work gets shoveled onto your plate and you are made to feel inferior if you can't take another shovel full of work.

We announced last week that we now have over 1,000 partners using our content identification and management tools to control how and where their videos are distributed on YouTube.
