There's a certain credibility that comes from working for the company - in large part, because employers can be reasonably sure of your capabilities. It is a place where further education is promoted and ITW offers great leadership opportunities. It is a financially stable company and the work place is nice with good equipment. Every day I spent there was a great day and brought me knowledge and experience which is working out for me now in my current job.
