Layoffs

My income doesn't seem on par with our competition both from a base salary and commission aspect. There is no compensation for the work done well. Management has a complete lack of respect for the employees. They do not listen to you and no feedback is provided to employees. They lay off employees as if they were rewarding them with compensation. Huhhh!
