I have been at this facility for over a year and feel that I am still not a part of their team. People are friendly but too busy to socialize and get to know each other.
Unfortunately the hospital system is competing with another system that has been around for a long time.
They are making layoffs and preferring the new ones.

I can understand how it feels to have been laid off from a place where you gave your every effort out of your best.

I had been working at Jackson Health System for approx. 3 years before I was laid off point blank.
I wouldn't at all say that I was not satisfied there but there were some things which irritated me at the back of my neck.
