He thinks his sh*t don't stink.Guess what,because of his leadman status ,his wife who is a poor worker, never got the ax.It is recurring theme at the Hawkins Jeld Wen plant.If your a relitive of the management elite than there is good chance your ass will get saved from the mighty Jeld Wen ax.

At the Hawkins speciality department their is alot of favortism.I know of 3 people in the same family that are still working there.One was a women that only worked there about 5 months.Many married couples kept their jobs and many married couples got shit canned.I think that stupid ass speciality forman must like people with rotten teeth.Every single member of that relation has rotten teeth.One guy has teeth so rotten that they are only little stubs sticking out..Many of those employees are the biggest suck asses at Jeld Wen.I'm praying that some of those suckasses get canned this winter.Maybe,the whole damn factory will close down.

There is a worthless forman at the Hawkins Jeld Wen division.He got kicked out of the clad casement divsion because he could'nt get a decent number of windows out.He always seemed to have this blank look on his face as he scratched his beard , trying to figure out how to get production out faster.They put him in the door division because he was too retarded for the clad casement division.
Now you see him walking around the factory.He spends more time in other departments than his own.When the factory went to one shift he got put back on second shift.All the formans never got terminated
on second shift ,they just put them on first shift.They terminate the employees,but keep management,even the retarded one with the bad breath!You can smell his foul breath from 10 feet away!

Well Its finally happened! I'm sure everyone remembers those 254 employees that Jeld-wen of Hawkins laid off way back in Feb. We received our letters of termination. It was only a matter of time. The union is trying to fight it because there are people still working there that took our places that shouldn't be there. There was this one girl who started approx. 4 months before the layoffs began.......and wouldn't you know it.....She's still there. Why you might ask? you should see her and you would know. Thin, (must weigh about 110 soaking wet) Pretty, likes to party with "The Boys". Yeah, well some of us who have worked there anywhere from 10-30 years are now terminated! I guess the union wants to see all evaluation records for the last 4 years. They want to compare them and see if we were all evaluated on the same bases, (Fairly that is). Well as anyone who works at a Jeld-wen company knows, They keep who they want to keep evaluations mean nothing! We'll see. For one thing I know personally that the evaluations were not done the last 4 years like they were suppose to be anyhow. We can all see where this is going to lead. Jeld-wen is gong to drag their feet in producing the evaluations. It's going to take well over a year, in the hopes that by that time everyone will forget about what they have done to us and we will be left for dead just like anything else Jeld-wen screws up on. Well I guess for them its like Burger King every day, you know..... THEY CAN HAVE IT THEIR WAY! and that's how it is gonna end up in the end. LITTLE MAN LOSES AGAIN!
