They are green for a reason.They are like a greenhorn starting a new job.They don't last,they have costly breakdowns,and to me are better off going to the salvage yard if someting goes wrong .It's not worth putting heaps of piles of cash to fix them.Your better off cutting your losses and buying a Hustler o turn mower.

That guy off of Dirty Jobs that does the Ford F150 commercial is a dumbass.Ford F150 trucks are junk.I know a guy at work that had a Ford F150 with a 302 engine that blew up at 160,000 miles.John Deere products are very limited in their life span.I bought a brand new tractor.I drove it very little for about the next 3 years.One day the motor without warning just quit on me.I took it to the John Deere dealer and he told me the motor siezed up.He blamed me for not checking the oil level.I told him I did'nt see anything in the owners manual about checking the oil.I thought one there was oil in it it was something you did'nt have to worry about.You just kept the same oil in it for the life of the tractor.I'm going to sue John Deere for about $250,000.for not havin the proper instructions in the owners manual.My brother is a good lawyer,he'll fight for me.

I got layed off too.I had over 30 years in,but they chose to lay me off over a greenhorn with only 2 weeks on the job.Boycott John Deere products.They are heaping piles of junk.
