John Chambers is my hero. He is probably not only one of the best American CEOs today, but one of the best CEOs ever. He has an amazing talent to balance complex business problems with the needs of the employees. Weak CEOs cut staff as soon as one of their bad decisions lose money for the company. John constantly has improved our business and the morale even through all these tough times. I dont want to be called a suck up, so I am staying Anonymous -- but I have learned a lot from this leader.
