Management is very very poor in the technical design area. Supervisors & managers are very disrespectful to employees. Communication is very poor. Employee never gets specific information from managers to complete the job properly & accurately. It is more like slavery in this company. Employees are treated like slaves. Overtime hours on a daily basis are beyond reasonable (15 + hours with no overtime pay). I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Anyone reading this I am dead serious -- don't and I repeat don't even think of working here. I know they will make it seem very glamorous and sexy and amusing during the interview process as they will say we are full of perks and growth. If you work in the field you are pretty much stuck in this position. This position can require quite a bit in comparison with the compensation and perks offered by the company. Productivity is hard to accomplish without the right tools which they don't give you. Also some information that is important to our position sometimes is not communicated with us and this causes problems with our tasks. I think open communication is the more important trait to have in a company and this company doesn't seem to get this. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!!!

It feels so good for this company at el paso tx on alameda rd to close there so many thing that are not right at this ware house the supervisor have sexual contact with employees and they seem to let them do whatever they feel like it. Managers and supervisor say to many bad word in front of employees. Hr are so rude it seems they dont like there job, if you ask them a ? they get in a bad mood. Its good everyone are getting layoff so that way its fair i am willing to see manager working at fast food restaurants.
