I am really excited about a Workshop Learning center at the new Microsoft training session. My true gift is helping others; teaching and assisting them with their learning process - and at their speed. And my friends and family keep coming to me for help in so many aspects because I know the art of patience and kindness. I never let someone think that their question or lack of experience makes them "less than". In fact just the opposite - I LOVE to make them feel FANTASTIC about their journey - as I am - always learning.

I feel really blessed to be employed at a company that cares about its employees. Despite having a tough year, there have be no pay cuts. People did get bonuses, not as good as last year though. And, I heard people who got promotions also got raises. On the exec side, there was news that pay has been cut for top execs. Isn't it a great a feeling that execs took the cut but didn't trickle it down to the masses? Thanks SteveB, Microsoft is a great place to work.

The axe in Microsoft is going and falling on many Indian IT professionals as the company is slashing approx 5000 employees. I believe I am gonna be one of them. I think they are getting biased and favoring their own people in the bad economy. I have never thought this would happen at Microsoft that I am seen now as an Indian and laid off before others.
