Tough times for Company

The industry is in a difficult time and volumes are down. Layoffs have occurred and could occur again if the economy continues to be this soft. The results are clear; market share has dropped, employee morale has dropped, profit has dropped and what not. Too much micromanaging by senior managers lead to delays, much wasted effort and poor outcomes. I suggest management to make the organization more competitive and reward employees suitably.

Ups and downs in Business

The ups and downs of the business made everyone on edge about there being a possible layoff every few months. Senior Management is too much focused on politics than work. The current management has been in place too long, and become very linear and inward-focused. I've seen a number of younger employees experience the conservative culture and then move on to places with more relaxed atmospheres. If this situation persists, company will run out of young and talented workers.
