I joined Portnov School sometime around May '09 after I had recently graduated with a MS degree in Electrical Engg and was looking for a direction for my career in the tough economic time where finding a job was extremely challenging. I was really impressed by the school's training and marketing strategy. The classes are conducted by very experienced professionals and hands-on experience is provided on the QA tools and technologies. After about of a month of training on their in-house projects I was in the job market and started working on an internship as a QA Engineer with a start up company in the bay area and gained very useful QA industry experience. I am extremely thankful to Portnov School for giving me this opportunity to jumpstart my career and would like to recommend this everyone who wants to wants to have a career in the QA domain.

I came to US last year in December 08 , got my EAD by Feb end and started looking for jobs in March. Despite of having 4 years of experience in the QA industry I was not getting any interview calls. Thanks to the bad economy. But then somebody told me about Portnov Computer School where they not only train you on different QA methodologies and the prevailing test tools in the market but also schedule interviews with different companies and hence do placements.
I joined Portnov in September 2009 where I not just brushed up my QA knowledge but also learned Selenium (test automation tool). Within a month's time I had 3 interviews and today I am placed with one of the good companies in San Francisco.
