It is unfortunate that in today's times, that we still have to deal with Management favoritism. Because,,,,," J--f W----d" ,,,,wants his friends to be employed, he will stop at nothing to find ways to lie, terminate and demoralize employees for personal and other gain. Also, I feel sorry for the people who he has sacrificed, as they suffer needlessly from his employee abuse.
Finally, I hope there is someone who reeds this that actually cares enough to investigate this travesty of improper decision making, that not only discredits the people involved, but surely looked bad upon PCC as a corporation.

May the ones who have unfairly terminated, be re conciliated for there abuse that they all have endured.

the backend supervisor is a fire happy drill sergent he doesnt know what really needs to be done or how it needs to be done he only sees whats on paper i feel bad for the people that have been their for 20 + years that got fired for clocking in a min late......bullshit he needs to go

I just wanted to add - I belt grind air foil parts with a 140-225% efficiency depending on what sort and size of castings we're moving. I STILL GET SPOKEN TO about Efficiency.

I was laid off in late 2009, brought back on a 28 day, but only given 14 calender days before I was laid off again. The supervisor I spoke with said he didn't plan to see me back until January 2011. I had the least seniority but the highest B/G efficiency.
