It is a great place o work if you have a good manager. My immediate manager was great that's why even though I left the company I have been in contact with him and my co-workers. Sometimes I think I would like to go back and work for them. The quality of product we used to sell was quite high which ensured that I didn't have to deal with irritated customers. We all had developed a good understanding and still hang out together after the work hours. It was lovely to deal with diverse people and interact with them. I had a good experience as a whole.

Management should get a better hold on how the shift supervisors speak about other employees especially after it has been brought to their attention. If you are under a management level, your feelings and family life are not important. Every three to six months management seems to pick a certain percentage of employees and force them out. No matter how hard working and talented they are.
