The commission/bonus structure is very poor and changes quarterly. The company has no vision and different departments don't communicate with each other, making things very fragmented. Even with the positive financial outcome of the current year, we are not receiving a raise. For entry level people, you become eligible for a 10 % raise every year or half year that you're with the company provided that you stay that long. I don't know why company is laying off its workforce despite having enough resources.

They don't really care about their employees, the managers are only concerned about their own careers. Management could careless what your personal life has going on. There is a high turnover rate of employees, people of my age do not generally stay here. But now management is firing good or bad, younger or older in general because the company is not doing well to feed as many people.
