Work/Life Balance--none--rewards men but punishes women for taking off work to be with kids.
Work environment--sucks. Loud banging noises all the time, most elevators don't work, doors automatically lock you out of your unit at whim, 1 breakroom and 2 microwaves for 1300 people.
