Favoritism in layoffs
I think the job gets worse the higher you advance but a normal employee would not have the chance to move up anyway unless you kissed up. Managers play favorites. The company is determined to expansion regardless of the implications and sometimes it seems as they don't have a plan on how to get there. Favoritism rules the company and suckers get a chance to survive layoffs, moreover get promotion when others are trying to keep their jobs.
