VERY poor customer service- very nice but they don't help with anything.You can keep calling them forever and you wonlt get the problem taken care of.

i havt t-mobile and i hate it.i went threw 5 phones in 2 yrs.im not hard on them the screen just goes blank.when i call customer service i have to hold for like an hour/
