Playing with paper planes

I was employed in United Air lines for two years and unfortunately the experience was not a good one. This is a place where management has little or no respect for their dedicated employees and the senior management is full of people who are just like kids playing with paper planes; there is a lack of leadership and it is very hard to say who actually is running the show.

This is really true, I was in UAL six months ago then I left it for better opportunity.

Recent Layoff Tells/Reviews on UAL

My layoff was not because of my ill performance
about 4 months ago

This was the first time when I was called in manager's office, I hadn't even thought it would be my layoff discussion. My manager simply said the layoff was not due to any violation of rule or unsatisfactory performance, but it was because they needed to shorten staff.
