MDT to SAT June 2009: HORRIBLE Airline. Late takeoff, nearly missed my connection and then when I arrived in SAT my luggage was lost and THEY HAD NO IDEA WHERE IT WENT. Then by 10pm that night (I arrived at Noon) the luggage arrived, totally broken suitcase, ALL MY FAMILY GIFTS DESTROYED incl new presents for my baby niece and my presents for my frail and elderly mother. Called their Customer relations, filled out their forms for damages, then even had to speak to a rep on 2 occasions. Got a letter saying they weren't going to pay for any damages. Filed an rebuttla, just got another latter today saying they won't reimburse me for damages.
US AIRWAYS SUCKS. DO NOT fly this airline. Spend your money on anyone else because US Airways is a group of useless bastards and I sincerely hope they go out of business because they are a disgrace to the profession.

US Airways is suffering really badly due to the economy and so to keep wages down, they are willing to hire anyone which in turn causes less efficiency. This also results in low morale in hard working people. An employee never knows how much job security he or she has. There is no career path for most of the employees and the job security is terrible. Under the current management team thousands of employees have lost their jobs.
