General things

I think Zale should advertise more cause the benefits of such have been proven to be vast.

Also, we don't always get the credit we deserve and when we try to stick to policies, customer service doesn't back us up.

I did enjoy the training and I like the new things the company is instilling.

Some of the overall quality of the merchandise does need a little bit of work.

Merit Increases

It's no fair that I'm the only one in my store that made plan for the year and I still have to forgo my merit increase.
